Bekerjasama dengan Australian Education Center , ETTC akan mengadakan seminar sehari pada tgl 24 April 2009 bertempat di Aula SMKN 20 Jakarta.
Program ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa & orangtua memilih karir dimasa yang akan datang sesuai dengan minat dan kemampuan siswa. Seminar akan diikuti oleh 50 siswa yg masing-masing akan didampingi oleh orangtua mereka.

Teachers-Educators Leadership Conference

Global Peace Federation , ETTC and K3SK Jakarta will conduct a conference on Leadership Program which will be held on April 28 2009 ( 10:00 – 15:00 ) at SMKN 20 Jakarta.

This conference has 5 objectives :

1. To build a model of unity and peace in Indonesia that contribute to national development through instilling etiquette and ethical values (budi bahasa dan nilai-nilai murni) in achieving the Millennium Development Goals.
2. To foster national unity and social integration through facilitating intercultural cooperation through sports, service, education and dialog for all people beyond race, religion and culture.
3. To foster a global culture of peace and service, further advocating and contributing to the achievement of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals.
4. Encourages programme that strengthening and raising ideal marriages and families as family is the cornerstone of society and the school of love and peace.
5. To build a harmonious and progressive Indonesian society premised on our National Ideology of Pancasila, which will showcase Indonesia to the world at large as a nation of peace.

SMKN 20 is appointed by PT. International Test Center to be an Authorized Test Center for TOEIC in Jakarta.

TEFLIN 2007

TEFLIN is a professional organization which stands for “Teachers of English as a Foreign Language in Indonesia”. The members of TEFLIN are institutions and individual teachers of English in secondary and tertiary educational institutions in Indonesia as well as instructors at non-formal English courses. The objectives of TEFLIN are to provide English teachers with opportunities to share and discuss contemporary issues, trends and development in language teaching in Indonesia.

To achieve its purpose, TEFLIN conducts annual international conferences organized by its member institutions. The conference is a major event and attended by some 300 to 400 participants from institutions all over Indonesia and abroad. The speakers at the conference are invited scholars, university lecturers, and secondary school teachers.
